  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order information like payment and your order ID.

  • We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4-7 business days depending on where you live. 
  • All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in very good condition
  • As a first step of this proccess, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.

If COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address

Returns & Cancellation

  • Customers can return their order within 2 days after an order has been delivered.
  • It is important to ensure that all items are returned in an unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To request a replacement for your product, please contact us through your pvcadharcard.in account only if the item received was incorrect or damaged. For replacement inquiries, kindly reach out to us via email at pvcadharcardofficial@gmail.com

  • Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please avoid using Professional Couriers as they are not the most reliable.
  • International orders are not eligible for return & refunds.
  • In the case of defective products, it is not necessary to return them unless specifically instructed by our Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, please send us the images of the product at pvcadharcardofficial@gmail.com  and our team will assist you accordingly.
  • Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after a successful placement, as our products are print-on-demand and may begin processing shortly after. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping & Tracking

  • In India, the delivery of orders usually takes 1-4 business days in metro cities and 4-7 business days for the rest of the country. However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary based on factors such as the shipping address and other circumstances like public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
  • pvcadharcard.in offers free shipping for all orders above Rs.300 within India. However, a shipping charge of Rs.60 is applicable only for orders below Rs. 300.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be able to track it. We will send you an email and SMS containing a tracking link. Alternatively, you can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Simply click on ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then select ‘Track Order’ to access the tracking information.
  • For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will initiate a reshipment once the product is received back at our facility. We kindly request your patience and understanding as we process the reshipment of your order. Rest assured, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your order reaches you successfully.


pvcadharcard.in offers a replacement guarantee solely for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at pvcadharcardofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. We will provide you with a shipping address to return the product, and once we receive it, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.

Please note that we do not facilitate product exchanges for customer errors or incorrect orders.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the product will appear identical to your monitor’s display. The color may appear slightly different due to variations in brightness, contrast, and resolution settings.
