Standard bank-card size is commonly 85.60 × 53.98 mm, but print files need bleed and safe margins.

Set final size carefully

Confirm the printer template before designing. Keep important text and faces away from edges because cutting can vary slightly.

Aim for 300 DPI

At final size, 300 DPI gives enough pixel density for photographs and small text. Enlarging a tiny image does not restore missing detail.

Test readability

View at actual size, check contrast, and scan every barcode or QR code from more than one phone before printing.
